Aubergine Spread, Red Pepper Paste, Yellow Pepper Paste
Perfect appetizers, ideal on toasts,as dips,blend with vegetables or used as aubstitutes for mustard in preparing salad dressings.
Can also be used in "souffle" or savoury tarts.

PREPARED VEGETABLES

Fried Aubergines (380g)
Ingredients - Eggplant (40%), Water, Tomato concentrate, Corn flour, Sugar, Sunflower oil, Garlic, Onion, Salt, Carrot, Celery, Mixed herbs, Parsley, Thyme, Paprika, Bay leaf, Pepper, Lemon concentrate.
Cold - Perfect on a toast with barbecue sausages.
Hot - Pour the Aubergines in a gratin dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and brown in the oven.

 


 

 

Aubergine "Riste" (400g)
Ingredients - Fried Eggplant (40%), Tomato concentrate, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2%), Garlic, Sugar, Rice cream, Basil, Salt, Sunflower oil, Pepper, Lemon concentrate.
Hot - Recommended with fresh tagliatelle pasta or lamb. You can also make a "gratin" with it to accompany roasts or cold meats.
